1st time and definitely not our last.... The Good: Food is delicious and large portions. Got the double cheese combo with fries and drink for $14. Not bad at all. Food was hot and fresh and probably one of the best burgers I have ever had. Although they were super busy, Food didn't take too long n absolutely delicious. The Bad: ALL digital, no one at a "register" to take orders. I did like that on the door is CLEARLY states they are cashless, but being our 1st time there was a line and had no idea there was 2 kiosks to order from (ppl standing at 1st kiosk blocking 2nd one) so we stood in line til I realized there was a 2nd one, even said out loud "OH there's 2 kiosksand proceeded to go to 2nd one while a woman just stood there n had to say excuse me before she finally moved. Smh My suggestion would be to separate the kiosks and not have side by sideto make it a lil easier, especially for first time guests. Had we known there wasn't an actual person taking orders, we definitely would've ordered online to make it a lil smoother transaction. Overall, great food and experience. Can't really speak on the customer service as we didn't even speak to any employees til we got the text our order was ready and went to the front to ask for our food. Isee comments that they came around and asked if things were OK, if they needed anything etc but the whole hour (start to finish) we was there, didnt see 1 employee rounding asking if things were OK etc. It definitely doesn't affect our return, but certainly will be more prepared.next time n order ahead

Best burger in town, and the state for sure! I definitely think it would be top 5 in the USA and probably the world! The sauce they add to the burger is amazing. The fries are amazing, the beer cheese is some of the best. If you are wondering what the spice is on the fries, my taste is some sort of barbecue. They are good but the original with beer cheese is hard to beat. The service is top-notch! Thanks for all that you do. We drove from Ohio and it was worth the drive! Thanks TikTok!

This place knows what it’s doing and does it well. They are fantastic in terms of service. Everyone was helpful and kind and efficient. Listen to their suggestions because they’re right when they make suggestions! Try the beer cheese fries too, 10/10. The food is incredible as long as you don’t mind a little grease. The place itself is hidden at the back of a plaza, they’ve got 90s/2000s hip hop playing and plenty of seating. Will be back!
